Step 1: We Developed Order and Automation

  • Converted and transferred all vendor invoices into a centralized management system
  • Automated a bill pay schedule to simply click and pay, and bank entries were automated to integrate them into the financials

Step 2: We Offloaded All Data Entry

  • Performed all of the data entry and entered every invoice, coded every bank entry and fully integrated them with every POS
